Diving Salou Reviews
Mijn vriend en ik hadden nog nooit gedoken. Voor beginners waren ze uitstekend. Je werd opgehaald en terug gebracht bij je hotel. Films en foto's worden naar je toegestuurd. They were very nice and help you if you find it exciting.

I got in touch with them via instagram and tell me there's no problem explain me everything and I tell them that I want, I have my insurance and all. I explain to them what I need and use a neoprene XXL and gone are the answers, go ahead I have title, insurance, medical examination all day, but it looks that fat people are not worthy of diving with them or something, very little professionalism. A real zero
It’s best to phone/email them during the off season as the shop isn’t always open but they do still do dives if you contact them.. Fantastic! This was my 1st dive (DSD). Friendly and helpful staff (with good English). They pick you up and drop you off from your hotel. All the equipment was all in good condition and they made sure you were safe and checked on you regularly. Was an amazing experience and I’d love to do it again! :)
This is the first time ever I'm writing a 1 star review, but what happened with this organization was shocking, and I feel is putting people's lives at risk. With 20 years of experience and more than 90 logged dives, I have seen many diving centers, some excellent, some mediocre, some bad, but so far never dangerous like this one. This so called PADI dive shop, offering PADI courses, is also nowhere to be found in the official PADI shop list. Let me start, however, with the good part: the communication was very swift, and the pick-up in the hotel really great and on time. But then it started. 1. I had explicitly asked for a small suit and BCD for my 11-year old daughter who just got her Junior Diver license. When we arrived they tried to make her wear something that was way too big, making her not only feeling very uncomfortable, it is hard to stay warm under water if the suit is not very tight. 2. When I tested the material they wanted to give to my daughter, the inflator button of the (cheap looking) BCD was broken. Once pressed, it kept on flowing air into the vest. If this happens under water, one surfaces like a balloon, which is LIFE THREATENING DANGEROUS. According to Ruben, the co called Instructor, this was all fine. I believed him. 3. When I finally got my tank, it had only 90 bars of air left (a full tank has 200 bars). When I mentioned this to Ruben, he started yelling at me in Spanish, that I could not dive and the he wanted me to walk back to Salou (a 30' drive). In the end his (very friendly) wife did bring us back, but I was just flabbergasted. 4. The rest of the crowd were tourists on a 'Discover Scuba' baptism, so had no clue what was going on and this is where it got really dangerous: we heard Ruben explain to them how to dive, and my daughter looked at me saying: "I can't believe this"; to clear your ears only when it starts hurting, he forgets to tell them never to hold their breaths, no signs except for ok and up, … Really?? A serious instructor cannot train people like this. In the end I was very happy he asked us to leave, instead of putting our lives at risk. So, before you go diving here, I would strongly recommend considering other, more professional places.
