My husband and I stayed at The Gainsborough Bath Spa for one night a few weeks ago, and absolutely loved it! It was definitely such a nice treat to get out of London for a weekend and enjoy this hotel. We particularly loved the spa amenities and being able to make our own aromatherapy sachet. The entire team, including Brian the manager, provided an exceptional and memorable service. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to visit this hotel again!
Hotel is amazing. The spa was awesome. I called ahead 2 days prior to our arrival to arrange some extra special gifts for my partners birthday and Brian took care of them. There was also an issue with our booking through a 3rd party vendor but again Brian took care of everything. We are sure to visit again. Bath is amazing and the hotel is the icing on the cake. I'd rate the hotel and its staff a big huge gold star.
