The climbing facilities are great at Flashpoint - but the cafe, is often dirty sticky, the food is ok - but a little on the unhealthy side. more »
I've been here many times with various aged children. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the facilities are awesome, but most of all... Proper barista quality coffee, homemade pizza, vegan... more »
Went to the toddler session, great trampolines and foam pit brilliant. Really good that it's limited to under 5's for a couple of hours. Unfortunately it's an absolute state in regards to cleanliness and facilities. My photos show bird poo in the floor, keeping in mind you are supposed to be in just socks that's fairly disgusting. 3 toilets in the ladies were broken only 2 working taps and one hand dryer. Then row upon row of broken lockers with no numbers or instructions on them. Minimum staff on the counter area so huge queues and absolutely freezing. So a great idea but lack of maintenance and cleaning hugely distracts from the experience. In response to the owner-- yes the bird poo is inside right next to the seats where you change your shoes in the locker area. Unfortunately was there all morning and no indication that it had been spotted by staff or cursory cleanliness checks completed. Why didn't I report it on the day? Well see my comments on wait times at the tills.
Lovely trampoline park; we found it while on holiday and went back for a second session. The staff are welcoming, interactive, understanding, professional, and just thoroughly nice. The park is clean, well maintained, and my kid loved the Ninja courses (which were being run super-safely too). There's a nice mix of trampoline sizes, and it feels like the sort of place where anyone can feel at home and have a go, whether completely new to a trampoline, or bouncing-since-birth. Nice to have things like this in easy reach of the city too.
