Welcome to the Kingswood Heritage Museum!

Come and visit the extensive museum and grounds where you can find exciting exhibits housed within the 18th Century Brass Mill at Warmley. With its Icehouse, Windmill Tower, impressive gardens with nearby grottoes, echo pond and giant statue of Neptune the museum has plenty for all to see and do!

The Museum and the in-house Windmill Café, are open 2pm to 5pm every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from April to November.

Bank Holidays open from 11am to 5pm.

  • Great local history on display, very interesting. Also a tour of underwater caves and gardens. Very pleasant assistants.  more »
  • Housed in an old zinc works, the Kingswood Heritage museum has exhibits focussed on local manufacturing such as boot making, coal mining and zinc extraction. There is a replica of a coal mine tunnel.....  more »

  • Lovely quirky museum, staffed by enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers. Lots of displays focused on the local area, particularly it's industries. The fascinating grotto nearby is open on special event days. And there's also the giant statue of Neptune (the country's largest garden ornament!) A recommended site to visit.
  • A lovely place to visit to learn about the history of the area. Nice grounds too. Well worth a visit!
