Over 800 years old, St Mary Redcliffe Church is an Anglican parish church and a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. It is also the second-largest parish church in England and the tallest building in Bristol. Guided tours are offered here, and you are welcome to attend services as well. Keep an eye out for several characteristics of the grand building. The floor plan of is a slender Latin cross, and the walls consist almost entirely of large, stained-glass windows, providing plenty of natural light, and the nave is roofed with gilded ribs and roof bosses.   • Very rich history you can spend lots of time here and emmerse yourself in times past! Beautiful venue for Easter and Christmas with an atmosphere that will leave you in awe. Gift shop and books available plus information to take away and read. Very well kept
