  • I feel compelled to write this review as poor customer service is unacceptable. This Casino is like a social club for staff and hardly a professional establishment. So just three pointers to make your Business a more welcoming place. 1. Customers should be greeted with smiles, not called pal and complain about their health and almost interview for details. 2. Bar staff must not chat to each other about daily gossip and “who they sleep with” whilst dealing with customers. They should also not complain about getting change, they should have enough in the till for a £20 note. Finally “Please” and “Thank You” are a must when dealing with customers. 3. Staff should not shout to each other across the casino floor. Speak discreetly as this is not a play-park but a casino. I feel that this place has a case of unhappy employees and this definitely has a ripple effect on us customers. Would I recommend this casino? The managers and the security staff are fine and very helpful as-well as professional, but either the floor staff need a lesson in customer service or my 10 years in the customer service business has been a fallacy. So the short answer is...No, Gentings Sauchihall Street is a better bet. The plus points- It’s spacious and has a great TV, but that’s about it. I urge this company to improve their customer service and start treating the customers with with smiles, politeness, otherwise how can you build a good customer base. Regards.
  • Forget it, unless you are a drinker or gambler. Too shady for any pleasant vibe. Well dodgy staff. Maybe I'm jaded. Maybe joints like this are the reason.
