The Bernie Grant Arts Centre is a state of the art, purpose built arts complex in the heart of Tottenham Green, North London, a place that is fast evolving into one of the most dynamic and creative places in the capital.

Opened in 2007, the centre was the vision of the late Bernie Grant MP who wanted to create a flagship performing arts centre which would become a home for culturally diverse artists, audiences and entrepreneurs in the cultural industries.

Designed by Sir David Adjaye, the complex features: a 274-seat, flexible theatre space; 3 rehearsal spaces, a lounge cinema, café & bars; 20 creative workspaces, around a large open square.

The Centre bears the name of Tottenham’s late legendary MP Bernie Grant (1944 - 2000), whose vision for a fairer Britain and a fairer world inspired the creation of this space as a tribute to his work.

All spaces are also available for hire, please contact Box Office with any enquries.

  • Nice attempt for a community venue but the staff are not very welcoming, I went to a Christmas concert here and they had little information, didn't want to help and just said wait in the bar. No announcement that doors were opening. The Choir singing were excellent but the venue acoustic was poor and sound system quality low. They also charge very high booking fees that don't go to the local community performers.
  • 2 in 1 a work of ART. Part 1 very cozy, lot of space,s Another branch of the Bloomingscent,🙂📲 👩‍🍳cafe, with parking behind centre, wheel chair access, colour full surrounding, fully licensed bar and friendly staff an award-winning chef grape portion size good value for money.🤸👍👀🥗🍷🍽️🎭🚌🚞🚖🛴🛵🚲🕕🎆🔊🎹🎙️
