  • This is my favorite go-to yoga studio when I visit London. They have such a huge variety of AWESOME yoga classes that are a beautiful blend of modern and traditional. The teachers I have had the pleasure of taking class with were super knowledgeable, attentive, hands-on and kind humans. I also love the people at the front desk. The gentleman I had the blessing of interacting with (I didn’t catch his name) just made checking in delightful , and as someone from another country who comes here when I visit- I always feel right at home. These are some of the best teachers in the world! I specially love Stew and Leon.
  • I booked a class here as I was in between meetings in a new part of town. The studio is lovely, providing free lockers and showers and generally beautiful. The class was a Vinyasa flow focussed on forearm stands (pincha), which I'd never done before, and the instructor was really fantastic. However, I think the studio had just had a hot yoga session so it was quite stuffy and I was so sweaty I kept slipping on my mat - some ventilation would have helped.
