  • I’ve done 4 courses here now (2 x 1 week , 2x 1day) and have really enjoyed every single day I’ve been on them. It is an excellent balance between demonstrating and practical. What you learn, for an enthusiastic but beginner/ intermediate cook, is that it is familiar but takes you into learning new skills and recipes. The teachers and staff are v friendly and are great at helping you get it. The most recent being the Malay cooking course by Norman Musa. Dishes I thought beyond me where shown to be actually well within reach. The best part of any of these courses is eating the finished product.
  • Had an amazing day at Leiths where I took part in the ‘Taste of the Middle East’ class. Knowledgeable chefs, fantastic facilities and best of all, the washing gets done for you!
