  • This is one of the most interesting and scenic areas of riverside green in London. Sitting here is great: get up and walk about and Westminster is around and about....a riverside walk is an option left or right, though right is best towards Chelsea. Best though are the statues: Rodin's Burghers of Calais is often on tour, so don't be surprised if only the raised plinth greets a visit. Nearer to Westminster Tower is Emmeline Pankhurst. The one that made Asquith wet himself..
  • A lovely serene garden on the South side of Parliament. The north end has an amazing Rodin sculpture and buildings that access into Parliament, and the Pankhurst statue, and the bottom end of the park a lovely little children’s play area. Really nice and quiet escape from the buzz of the City and Brexit!
