    We saw lava tubes on both Maui and the Big Island and these are hands down the biggest lava tubes. If you didn't know better it looks like a tunneling truck for a mining company created...  more »

    The Thurston Lava Tube is a must see. Your imagination can make you feel the hot air and lava nipping at your heels. Don't pass it on, but the secret we found was after arriving at ~9:30 from Hilo...  more »

    This place is amazing , what a sweet place . Walking through here was so way cool . I've never seen anything like this place before . If you get a chance to visit this place is think you will like it. There's lots of stuff to see in the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This is a awesome place to bring your family to see.

    Interesting to walk through the tube of lava. The whole thing isn't big, so it's easy to walk in for children or adults. The guided tour was really interesting, the people know their stuff. It is basically a cave, formed by lava, so that's very cool to actually visit.
