    SO much fun! We have family in Canberra and they took us to Tidbinbilla to see kangaroos and koala bears. We lucked out seeing a black swan and her eggs! So clean, so peaceful, I wish I didn't live...

    Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve is worth a longer visit. We only had time for 2 hours and visited the wheel chair friendly “Sanctuary Trail” where we saw song birds, a bandicoot, a turtle and a very large....  more

    Always a lovely nature experience. Plenty of very accessible tracks, even for wheelchairs. Do bring a track map with you as most walking junctions are not marked. Coffee and meat pie at the visitor centre is a good option as the Cafe at the nearby tidbinbilla tracking station is closed indefinitely!!

    Beautiful nature preserve with a very fair admission price. It is a nice combination of driving and hiking opportunities. I saw koalas, roos and a snake during my trip. Platypus are said to live in the swampy lake area but I did not see any on this trip. I highly recommend it! PS, Gibraltar Falls is close by (last photo)!
