Start off your visit on the 4th (Mon): explore the world behind art at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. On the next day, go for a walk through The High Line and then take in the pleasant sights at Central Park.

A tiny town with big tourist appeal, Pigeon Forge bills itself as the "Center of Fun in the Smokies." Just a short drive from the national park protecting the diverse plant and animal life of the Great Smoky Mountains, the town features numerous places to visit, such as bars, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and shops.
Start off your visit on the 6th (Wed): stroll around Chimneys Picnic Area, then take in the awesome beauty at Mount LeConte, and then trek along Alum Cave Trail. On your second day here, whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks and then let the river carry you with a rafting and tubing tour.
