Take a stroll along the pedestrian-only, Victorian Llandudno Promenade. Separated from the adjacent street by a strip of garden, the walkway provides a peaceful way to appreciate Llandudno's shore. Amble past stately Victorian hotels and stop in the town's swimming pool for a dip. Head to the bandstand where local bands--many of which are of the brass variety--perform. Check the schedule at the Venue Cymru, a theater located next to the town pool that hosts plays, shows, and musical performances. Finding parking near the walkway during summer can be challenging. Love this place! A great resort to visit for a weekend or longer with a lovely promenade and town centre. Either spend your time in and around Llandudno or visit one of the other many places out of town. Highly recommended!

This would have to be extremely popular in the height of Summer, a great area to explore located in a picturesque cove. Pretty much how I would envision any great European esplanade, loved the historical buildings lining the shores. Only downside is the lack of public toilets in this area, perhaps we just overlooked them.
