Lovely walks shame the cafe not open for take away or boats not for hire

Amazing expanse of golden sand, stretching seemingly for miles, with no evidence of litter or dog fouling. Pure solitude and tranquility as the sun shone and the sea breeze blew in the faces of my beautiful bichon girls. One of life's true areas of natural beauty and an absolute gift for families, couples, singles, dogs...... Walked along the contemporary promenade too. Bought a delicious hot chocolate from a very friendly gentleman, in the Kiosk by the lake, before returning home. Could so easily spend days on this beach with a picnic blanket, novel, colouring book, pencils and, of course, the obligatory wicker hamper filled with a mouth watering picnic. Sheer bliss!
