We found this place only recently and were pleasantly surprised. The Sat Nav took us to the wrong entrance but we found it eventually. There weren't many visitors but plenty of staff and volunteers...

Appalling Customer Service You call (numerous times) and receive a recording that they are not taking calls and you can't leave a message. You look at their website to find that they are open and it is not necessary to book in advance only to then drive for the best part of an hour and be told that you can't come in because there is an event taking place and conveniently (for them) there is nobody around for one to take it up with. Shocking and doesn't deserve any stars but google likes one as a minimum!
