Pretty little place to visit with plenty of birds to view. The volunteers who run the sanctuary clearly love the work they do and that shines through. Very helpful in answering questions. They do have some owls that are not seen so often such as urals. It is a truly pleasant place to visit. We spent a lovely four hours there. Plenty of tree shade, picnic tables. The path is flat although stony and a little uneven. Lovely half day out, doesn't look much as you arrive, but I'd highly recommend a visit.

We went this afternoon, took the two kids, my mum and nan... we all loved it, its a fantastic place to visit and we also loved the fairy house trail too 🙂 the only thing that could've made it better, is if there were another flight display in the late afternoon... as we had missed it at lunchtime. We loved the place and would definitely recommend to others. Xx
