Wells Next The Sea Beach
Unspoiled, dog-friendly, and never crowded, Wells Next The Sea Beach draws visitors with its miles-long stretch of sand, views of nesting birds, and boats sailing into the channel that crosses the beach. Several paths lead to the beach from a spacious parking lot just over the dunes. Follow the steps up and down the dune and be sure to make a stop at the top and enjoy the view. Colorfully painted beach huts line one part of the beach, and amenities include a cafe and restrooms near the parking lot. An ice cream truck is often parked at the bottom of the steps. A more beautiful stretch of sandy beach it would be hard to find. You can take your dog here and enjoy the sea and sky. Popular but not crowded especially as you walk away from Wells towards Holkam bay. The Beach Cafe at the Wells end makes a good stopping off point after a circular walk.

Most beautiful beach, my daily walk while working from home for few weeks in Norfolk. Been walking from wells to holkham since my dog was puppy ( she’s 13 now!) and still takes my breath away 🥰 evening sunsets are incredible.
