With royal connections dating back over 1,000 years, Sudeley Castle stands as one of the few British castles left still in residence. The remains of Katherine Parr--the last of King Henry VIII's wives--lie buried within the 15th-century church. The castle contains numerous treasures from multiple eras, ranging from ancient Roman times to the present. Numerous award-winning gardens are settled among the ancient ruins, their meticulous restoration and upkeep complementing the castle. Loved Sudeley Castle. Wish we lived nearer so we could visit more often. There was so much to see that one visit wasn't enough. Fabulous, interesting displays and lots of grounds to explore. The sculptures in the gardens are brilliant! Will definitely return in the future.

We visited the stunning Castle & grounds on 24/06/2022. The inside was great to see & to learn of its history. Grounds were spectacular. Would like to mention a Lady in the Gift shop called Maria who had great customer service & informative about the Castle. She obviously loves her job & is an asset to the team. We will certainly return.
